In the event of theft of the bike with its battery: if you have alerted our Customer Service within 24 hours and if you have locked your bike correctly via your Zoov Life app, we will ask you for a deductible of €250. If these two conditions are not met, you will be charged the total amount of the bike equipped with its battery (€2,000)
In the event of battery theft (only). : if you have alerted our Customer Service within 24 hours and if you have securely locked the battery in its base, the deductible is €50. If these 2 conditions are not met, you will be charged 250€.
* We advise you to bring a chain or U-type lock, whether the bike has its own battery or not.
